VY ENGINEER ILABILITY FOR INSPECTION INTERVIEW l

Today at 10:25 am. I took a telephone call from Dave Gibson, Mr. Massey's l

personal lawyer. Mr. Gibson informed me that Mr. Massey is not willing to talk to me at this time.

I told Mr. Gibson that I will have to meet my deadline on the report without Mr. Massey's interview and that I have turned the matter over to the Region I i-counsel.
