The NRC staff has identified that your. Purchase Order No. 033825 related to circuit breakers was found as having the potential of being filled with
.i circuit breakers'that may not have verifiable traceability to the circuit i
breaker manufacturer. The purchase order was issued to Northern International
{
Incorporated (Northern International Job. No. GPU-1900) who in turn procured the circuit breakers from General Electric Supply Company..A concern with this supplier is that it is able to draw on stock from its supply network
.1 which is known to be contaminated with refurbished circuit breakers.
7 The Northern International, Incorporated staff has been very cooperative during.the NRC review and it is, therefore, suggested that you. contact them regarding specific information concerning Purchase Order docume'nt numbers,
