This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. K. Wilson of your
staff and Mr.
S.
Vias of my staff on September 19, 1989, concerning the
rescheduling and change in topics for the enforcement conference to be
conducted at the Region II Office, 29th floor conference room on September 28,
1989, at 12:30 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting now is to discuss Vendor
Branch inspection issues as delineated in our Report No. 50-302/89-200 and
improper impeller installed on the F'aw Water Pump as delineated in our Report
No. 50-302/89-24.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased
to discuss them with you.
