CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED JUNE 16, 1989 By letter dated June 16, 1989, TVA requested an amendment to License No.
SNM-1873 to correct an error in the' possession limits. This is an adminis-trative action, arid as such, there will be no effect to the public health and safety or the environment. Accordingly,pursuantto10CFR51.22(c)(11),
neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for the proposed action.
