AVAILABILITY OF DONALD S. BRINKMAN FOR TRIP TO THE PHILIPPINES This is in response to your request for a proposed date,for Donald S. Brinkman to travel to the Philippines for the purpose of providing assistance to the PAEC in their development of technical specifications for the Philippine Nuclea.
Power Plant Unit 1. We would propose to make Mr. Brinkman available to be in the Philippines for the two week period of October 8-19, 1984 or as an alternate October 15-26, 1984.
