PDIII-2 r/f The Commission has -issued the enclosed Amendment No.116 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-39 and Amendment No.105 to Facility Operating License No.
DPR-48 for the Zicn Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos.'I and 2, respectively.
The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by letter dated March 25, 1985 as supplemented April 17, 1989, and May 10, 1989.
These amendments revise Technical Specification Tables 3.1-1 13nd 4.1-1 to address operability and surveillance requirements for Reactor Trip Breakers in accordance with Generic Letter 85-09.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is enclosed. A Notice.of Issuance-will be. included in the Comission's next regular biweekly Federal Register notice.-
