Dear Mr. Roche:
By letter dated July 16,1997, as supplemented by letter dated October 30,1997, you applied for an amendment to the Oysier Creek Nuclear Generating Station Operating License No. DPR-16.
1 The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to Oyster Creek Security Training and Qualification Plan. Subsequently, by letter dated May 14, 1998, you withdrew the amendment request.
l The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Wdhdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
