Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50 219 Facility License No. DPR-16 License Amendment Request No. 252 Security Plan Change No. 38 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4)(iv), enclosed is the signed original and three copies of License Amendment Requ(st No. 252, Pursuant to 10 CFR. 50.90, GPU Nuclear proposes changes to the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Physical Security Plan described in Section 2.C,4 ofFacility License No.
DPR-16. The changes are consistent with NRC Generic Letter No. 96-02. The Security Plan, as revised through Revision No. 38, is enclosed as attachment 2. The Security Plan is Safeguards Informdtion pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21(b)(1)(i). Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a)(3), attachment 2 is to be withheld from public disclosure.
The license amendment request (attachment 1) has been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.5 of the OCNGS Technical Specifications, and, using the standards in 10 CFR 50.92, GPU Nuclear has concluded that the proposed amendment does not constitute a significant hazards consideration.
