Thank you for your response of August 29, 1989, to our Notice of Violation
issued on August 2,1989, concerning activities conducted at your Crystal River
facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the
requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. Additionally, after reviewing your response we
concur that both violations should have the severity level reduced from IV to
V.
Consequently, we have revised our records accordingly. We will examine
the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
