Contrary to the requirements of 10 CFR 20.401(b), " Records of surveys, radiation monitoring, and disposal", there were no records maintained of the discharges of radioactive liquid wastes.
10 CPR 20.401(b) states in part that, "Each licensee shall maintain records in the same units used in this part, showing the results of... disposals made under..
10 CFR 20.303... " 10 CFR 20.303 is concerned with disposal by release into sanitary sewerage systems.

Contrary to the requirements of License No. E-65, the reactor was operated on July 29, 1969 and August 20, 1969 at levels in excess of 2 Wt.
