Inspection Report No. 50-333/89-02
This letter transmits the results of the routine inspection conducted by
Messrs. W. Schmidt and R. Plasse of this office on January 22, 1989 through
March 4, 1989 at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, Scriba, New
York. Mr. Schmidt discussed the inspection findings with you and other
members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
One violation was identified as a result of this inspection, dealing with your
control of drawings which provide the control room operator with "as built"
system information. You are required to respond to this letter and in doing
so you should follow the instructions in Appendix A.

confirm your commitments as outlined in the attached inspection report section

Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) categories. Any comments

inspector.
