The topics discussed at this meeting included technical evaluations performed and interim and proposed corrective actions'taken by your staff in response to operability concerns raised oy the inspection team involving procurement and vendor interface. and the suitability of certain safety-related components for their application which were procured and installed in the plant. A summary, and a. list of: attendees are enclosed.
