This letter refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. C. H. Woodard
of this office on March 13-17, 1989 at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station.
Mr. Woodard discussed the findings of the inspection with you at the conclusion
of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Our inspector also verified the steps you have taken to correct the violation
brought to your attention in our letter dated January 10, 1989. We have no
further questions regarding your action at this time.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.

is appreciated.
