Docket No. 50-482: Withdrawal of Proposed Technical Specification Change Gentlemen The purpose of this letter is to withdraw the application for. amendment to Facility. Operating License No.
NPF-42'for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Unit No.'1 transmitted by the Reference.
This amendment request c
would have ~ modified the Technical Specifications to reflect a revised Reactor Coolant System total flow rate.
Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation.(WCNOC) has reevaluated the proposed. Technical Specification change and determined that the request should be withdrawn.
This determination is based on the number of changes which would be required to bring the original submittal up to date. Much of the technical content of the original submittal is affected by cycle specific changes which were made for Cycle IV operation and other Technical Specification changes made since the original submittal.
The amendment request may be resubmitted in the future if operational needs dictate.
