By letter dated December 16, 1966, you applieo for an amendment to the Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48 for the Zion Nuclear Power Station Units 1 ano 2 respectively.
The proposed change would have niodified the facility technical specifications pertaining to Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications. Subsequently, by letter dated April 11, 1989, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed hotice of Withdrawal of Application for
