Dear Mr. Denton:
to this letter is a proposed amendment to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48.
This proposed amendment corrects minor errors in the recently approved Zion Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS)
This approval was transmitted in the referenced letter. The proposed changes consists largely of clarifications and typo-graphical corrections. Attachment 2 supplies a discussion of these changes. to this letter is a demonstration that the proposed amendment involves no significant hazards consideration. This change has received On-Site and Off-Site review and approval.
In accordance with 10 CFR 170, a fee remittance in the amount of
$150.00 check is enclosed. As provided by 10 CFR 50.91, the State of Illinois is being notified of this amendment request by transmittal of a copy of this letter and the attachments.
