Enclosed for your information is a Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License and Opportunity for Hearing. This notice relates to your application dated February 10, 1989 requesting an amendment to the Trojan technical specifications t at will allow modifications to be made to the Control-Auxiliary-Fuel Building Complex which will result in up to a net 3 percent increase in lateral shear forces on any story.
