The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.154 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications'in response to your application (LCA-174) dated February 10, 1989, as supplemented February 15, 1989.
The amendment revises Technical Specification 5.7.2.2. to allow' modifications to the Control-Auxiliary-Fuel Building Complex which will. result in up to a-net three percent increase in lateral shear forces on any ' story.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A copy of the notice -
of issuance is also enclosed for your information.
