Dear Mr. Hayes:
As previously discussed, the attached page has been amended to correct an

omission / typographical error in the renumbering of section 3/4.7.11 of the Technical Specifications to agree with the related changes contained within Amendment No. 79'to the Facility Operating License.
. Attachment II provides the Significant Safety Hazards Consideration specifically related to the renumbering correction. The change will be
' implemented upon NRC approval'and in conjunction with Amendment No. 79.
