. Gentlemen:

In our July 5,1988 letter we forwarded an allegation concerning the turnover rate of security supervisors at the Clinty Power Statinn.

We have completed our review of you: August 4,1988 letter which detailed the results of your investigation of allegations concerning the turnover rate of security supervisors at the Clinton Power Station (CPS).

In addition to this review, oa July 28, 1988, a Region III inspector reviewed the supporting i

4 documentation to the investigation that is on file at CPS.

We found your investigation to be sufficient to support your conclusions and to determine that the turnover rate had no impact on the effectiveness of the security force at CPS.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and your letter dated August 4,1988 will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
