On June 25, 1985, Richard F. JOHNSTON, AUSA, District of New Hampshire, advised that the above captioned investigation is actively being pursued by his office and it should not be released 16 whole or part by the NRC.
The aforementioned information was provided to Robert GALLO, Chief, Reactor Projects Section 2A, on June 26, 1985.
GALLO has recently received inquiries concerning the captioned 01 investigation and requested clarification as to the release of 01 investigative material.
