RELAXATION OF' ORDERS Standard boilerplate of Orders provides that Regional Administrators may relax l or terminate conditions of orders. The purpose of this provision is to avoid  !

the need to issue another order should a modification be necessary. The' regional administrator is named to direct the licensee to deal directly with the region. Nevertheless, the same offices that were involved in issuing the order, should be involved before relaxing or terminating a provision of the order. Therefore, should you find it appropriate to relax or terminate an order please contact this office and we will obtain the views as appropriate.
