We have received a copy of your letter dated August 14, 1987, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This' letter provided information in response to the staff's request of August 7, 1987, regarding the adequacy of the Catawba Nuclear Station's nuclear service water system design for continued operation with one diesel generator out of service.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your August 14, 1987 request. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your appli-cation in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
