o In accordance with Section 6.9.1.3 of the Catawba Nuclear Station Technical Specifications, please find attached the third quarterly update to the Unit 2 Startup Report. As indicated on my May 14, 1987 letter to NRC, some tests are not yet complete. Additional quarterly updates to the Startup Report will be submitted as required by Technical Specifications.
