As applicable, I would like input to all the " arrows" under " bullet". number one, except perhaps the fifth " arrow." Because my section dealt with the
" Mexican Steel" incident and prepared the procedure on "NRC Response Plan for Incidents Involving Nuclear Material in Unauthorized Places," I will take the first cut at this issue.
I would like this initial input by the first week in December._ This will give me about-twu weeks to prepare a draft document which can be reviewed while I am on annual leave from December 19, 1986, through January 2, 1987.
