Please reproduce 7,000 copies of the attached (t) notice sheet; (2) letter notice to "All Parts 30, 40,50,61,70,71,72,73 and 110 Licensees, Appthants and Vendors;" and (3) the Proposed Notice of Rulemaking relating to fees. The proposeo rule is scheduled to be published in the Federal Register in the next few days. As we have discussed, your Branch will reproduce the notice sheet, the letter notice, and the proposed rule rather than wait until it is published in the Federal Register.
