I am responding to your inquiry of January 20, l'993, on behalf of Mr. Thomas Duda.
Mr. Duda provided you a copy of his Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for records concerning employees' exposure to radiation at the Quad City station of Commonwealth Edison Company located in Cordova, Illinois.
l We have made a partial response to Mr. Duda's request by providing him those documents that we have been able to locate so far, along with an extensive index of inspection reports that he can use to order documents from our Public Document Room that are already publicly available.
