ABNORMAL OCCURRENCE REPORT TO CONGRESS FOR SECCND QUARTER CY 1986 SP concurs in the draft Commission paper on the Abnormal Occurrence l Report to Congress for second quarter CY 1986 subject to the following changes in the AOR.
o AS86-6(p.21)lastparagraph: d l
- 1. "The generator was purcha x d from . . ."
- 2. Change the second sentence to read, "Later, the generator was transferred to Scripps Hospital, a State of California licensee. (The practice of retransfers of generators for human usehassincebeendiscontinued)."
o AS 86-6 (p.22), under "Cause or causes," 5th line:
- 1. add "of molybdenum-99" after "1.0 mei/cc."
- 2. " mci" should be changed to " mci /cc."

! 1. insert "VA" before " hospital."
