< DOCKET NO. 50-354 Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) hereby provides Supplemental Information for the Hope Creek Generating Station-(HCGS) Inservice Inspection Program Long Term Plan, herein after referred to'as the Plan, previously transmitted in a letter dated June 29, 1987-(NLR-N87117).
This information-is provided in response'to questions raised by members.of the NRC ctaff on our intent to perform augmented examinations on feedwater' check valves.
Attached please find revised pages for the Plan (Volume A, page 13 and Volume B, page 109) which supercede those pages previously. transmitted.

2.5.1.1 FEEDWATER CHECK VALVE SURFACE EXAMINATION To meet the requirements of General Desian Criteria 51.
PSE&G has commited to cerform auamented examinations on two(2) 24-in. eneck valves: 1-AE-HV F074A and 1-AE-HV-F074B. These examinations will, include insoection of the entire surface of the valve bodies, both internal and external. bV surface examination.

Para.6.2.7 2.5.1.2 SCRAM DISCHARGE VOLUME PIPING In response to NRC Generic Letter 81-35. PSE&G has committed to Derform the Class 3 System Pressure Test on the Control Rod Drive System - Scram Discharce Volume cioina sections at the auomented frecuency of every refuelino outace.
This requirement has also been incorporated into the station Leakace Reduction Procram.
These examinations are listed in the Class 3 Coaconent Examination Table of Attachment 5-9.

2.5.1.3 CLASS 3 MAIN STEAM LINE
- HIGH STRESS WELDS A Construction Permit commitment in the Newbold Island PSAR. recuires volumetric examination of hiah stress welds in the Class 3 Main Steam System Lines and Cross-Over pioina.
This auomented examination of 10% of the selected critical welds will be performed each refueline outace.
These examinations are listed in the Class 3 Component j
