CRGR MEETING NUMBER 16 The Committee to Review Generic Requirements will meet on Wednesday, August 11,1932 from 1-4 p.m. in Room 6507 ?!NBB. The meeting agenda is as follows:
1 :00 - 2:00 p.m.
S. Hanauer (NRR) will present for CRGR review the proposed technical resolution of USI A Safety /
Relief Valve Dynamic Loads. The results of the staff evaluation and the recommended resolution are presented in NUREG-0763, NUREG-0783 and NUREG./J802.
Those documents together with the NRR memorandum forwarding the doucments for CRGR review are enclosed.
2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
J. Saltzman (SP) will present for CRGR review the proposed Regulatory Guide concerning the Form of Nuclear Energy Liability Policy for Facilities. The Regulatory Guide and the RES nemorandum forwarding the document for CRGR review are enclosed.
3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
K. Goller (RES) will present for CRGR review the final rule for Reporting of Changes to Quality Assurance Programs. The rule and the RES memorandum forwarding the ruie for CRGR review are enclosed.
Persons making presentations to the CRGR are responsible for (1) assuring that the information required for CRGR review is provided to the Committee (CRGR Charter - IV.B), (2) coordinating and presenting views of other offices, (3) as appropriate, assuring that other offices are represented during the presentation and (4) assuring that agenda modifications are coordinated with the CRGR contact (Walt Schwink, x24342) and others involved with the presentation.
