The staff and its contractor, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), have completed an initial. review of your submittals concerning the Detailed Control Room Design Review (DCRDR) for Fort St. Vrain (FSV).

These TERs are being provided for your comments.

By letter dated June 13, 1986 the staff had sent to you a TER covering certain l

portions of your DCRDR submittals for comment.

In subsequent submittals you provided additional information in response to this TER.

This material.is reviewed in Enclosure 3.

l In discussions with your staff (Mr. ' M. H. Holmes), they have indicated that you are considering changes to your Control Room Improvement Implementation Schedule.

This schedule is Attachment 7b to your letter dated October 29, 1985 (P-85384).

Please submit any proposed changes to this schedule with your comments as requested above.

Please provide your comments on the SAIC TERs within 90 days of the date of this letter.

At this time, you should also provide the specific information.
