On September 21, 1987, the Commission issued Amendment No. 27 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant, Unit 1, in response to your application dated March 30, 1987. The amendment revised the requirements for reporting iodire spiking from a short-term report to an item which is to be included in the Annual Report, and eliminated the requirement to shut down the plant after 800 hours0.00926 days <br />0.222 hours <br />0.00132 weeks <br />3.044e-4 months <br /> of operation with a dose equivalent I-131 value of 1 microcurie / gram or greater.

Page 3/4 4-26 of the Technical Specifications inadvertently contained a typographical error, as you called to our attention by tele) hone call on October 6, 1987.
