E. PARTICIPATION" -

The Operator Requalification program for Fort St. Vrain shall apply to all those employees, stationed at the site, who hold either Operators, Senior Operators, or,"Special" Senior Operators licenses issued by the A.E.C.. " Licensed Operator" in the context of this document shall mean Licensed Operator and Senior Licensed Operator unless specifically noted to the contrary.

The program centent shall be divided into four main sections which shall normally be scheduled to run concurrently. (The program schedule may be delayed or rescheduled, where the results of exam-inations indicate that so=c aspect requires priority). Thece four 7 sections are:

1. (a) Job and Shift Scheduling ,

1 (b) Observation of "on-the-job" performances

2. A lecture series l
3. Tests and examinations l
4. Annual review of Emergency Procedures and Abnormal )

The program shall be scheduled by the Training Coordinator to:

(a) Cover those subjects first that are shown to need  ;

I f re-emphasis by examination results.  ;

I (b) Take advantage of availability of qualified discussion leaders in a particular subject.

(c) Cover oil subjects at least once every two years. ]

(d) Fit lectures, if necessary, around periods of l intense plant activity and cover pertinent subject matter before the start of such activity.
