SUBJECT:

ALLEGATION OF ORUG PLANT The wife of an individual named, Lawrence Edler contacted the Senior Residant Inspector at Waterf.crd (Les Condeble) on October 22, 1984.

She made allegations that drugs-(% ounce of heroin) had been planted in her husband's

, car because of safety issues he had identified at Wolf Creek.

The heroin had been found in his car during a drug search conducted in the Waterford 3 parking lot,en October 12, 1984, by LP&L security.

Mr. Edles had previously been eupheOd,at Wolf Creek.

I as requesting 01 to conduct an investigative inquiry into this matter.

Region IV will provide technical assistance as necessary.
