f 2 ~ Diablo is essentially the same sort of a situation.

3 Again, I would be deferring to Darrell on it because of our 4 very close interaction with the staff.

5 We have, according to my notes here, eight open 6 investigations that could be associated with Unit 2. Some of 7 them obviously may also overlap Unit 1 as well.

8 I discussed with Mr. Hayes the thrust of these and 9 as much as I knew, he was intimately familiar and he felt it 10 was safe to characterize them as, at this juncture none of 11 them seemed to lead to significant management involvement 12 implications.

13 So, again, I could go through all of them but I think 14 they cover a wide variety of areas from bad wells to 15 harassment and intimidation issues, things of this nature.

16 But that the bottom line on it is, it appears to be relatively I

17 low level at this juncture.

18 CHAIRMAN PALLADINO: Where is Ben Hayes today?

19 MR. WARD: Ben had to care for his wife today.

22 CHAIRMAN PALLADINO: Now, this document says OI is 23 continuing its evaluation of more than a hundred allegations 24 pertaining to false statements, falsification of documents, 25 discriminatory actions and protection requirement. Is this
