Dear Ms. Suter:
I have been recently reassigned by NRC to be the Regional Administrator, NRC Region I in King of Prussia, PA.
As a result of my new assignment and heavy travel schedule, I will not be able to teach at the MIT Nuclear Power Reactor Safety Course this summer.
Mr. Jack Roe has been assigned l
as the Director, Division of Licensee Performance and Quality Evaluation, Mr. Roe is the cognizant individual in NRC responsible for all aspects of Human Factors related to reactor operations.
He will present the July 15, 1987 lecture on Human Factors at the Nuclear Power Reactor Safety Course.
He will correspond directly with you regarding visual aids and text of his presentation and any other assistance he needs.
I recommend tMt you transfer my reservations for the nights of July 14 & 15, 1987 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel to Mr. Rce.
Mr. Roe plans to attend the "Old Fashioned New England Clam Bake" on Wednesday evening following his class.
