Dunsworth Lecture Series - October 2, 1985 I regret the delay in answering your letter of June 29. I am very pleased to accept your invitation to participate in this lecture series. I plan to title my talk " Risk Concepts and Nuclear Power Regulation." During the 45-minute lecture, I hope to discuss, briefly, some concepts of nuclear power generation, the general concept of risk measurement and risk assessment, and the manner in which this concept is presently applied in the regulation of nuclear power plants. I will leave some time for questions from the audience. '
I hope the attendees will find this subject both current and interesting. I certainly look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and your group.
