June 29, 1987. The meeting was held to discuss the status of the outage, the
status of Boston Edison Company improvement programs,

We believe the discussions were frank and constructive. As discussed during
the meeting, six items requiring followup were identified and are included in
the enclosed report.
Regarding the Restart Plan Flow Chart you proposed during this meeting, while
we have not agreed entirely to this proposal as of this time, we will take it

under advisement as we schedule and implement our inspection and reviews.
