This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Cannssion:(NkC) inspection conducted by
Messrs. J. F Rogge, C. W._ Burger, and R. F. Aiellc, on December 17, 1988 -
January 20, 1989.
The inspection included a review of activities authorized
