Georgia Power Company Docket Nos. 50-424 and 50-425-Vogtle Units 1 and 2 1.icense Nos. KPF-68 and CPPR-109

-During the Nyclear Regulatory Commission (NFC) inspection conducted en

December 17 1988 - January 20, 1989. 4 violatien of NRC requirements was 7

identified.

In accordance with the " General Statement of Policy'and Procedure

'for NitC 'Enfcacement Acticns," 10 CFR i> art 2, Appendix C, the violation is listad below.

Contrary to the above, on i>ecember 29, the NRC identified'that i1nproper contro'1 room rounds were being conducied and inadequate corrective action taking place with respect to the control room chart recorders.
