SUBJECT:
CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR RADIOLOGICAL CONTINGENCY PLAN REVIEW By letter dated April 6,1987, GE submitted changes to their Radiological Contingency Plan (RCP) for the Vallecitos Nuclear Center as r(quired by License Condition No.12 of Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-960.
These changes involve the revision of the site and facility description, and changes in organization and titles.
These changes do not decrease the response effectiveness of the RCP. These changes are administrative and will not endanger the environment or the public health and safety. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), the staff concludes that neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for this action.
