3.4.1 Interfaces ' with Bechtel (i.e.,
Bechtil Resident Engineer's Office) to obtain cable pullint and cable temination cards for use in the field by onstruction personnel.
4.0 PROCEDURES 4.1 General guidelines, including data entry forms, for ust of.the EE-580 program are described in Reference 5.1.1.

4.2 Copies' of EE-580 data entry sheets ' associated with DCPs shall be included with the DCP sent-to the Modification Cont >l Group (MCG) in accordance with Reference 5.1.2.
4.3 The Change Control Review Group Construction Repr. Leo *ative' (CCRG/CONST) will be responsible for interfacing with N htel (i.e.,
Bechtel Resident Engineer's Office) to obtain cable pulling and cable temanation cards for use in the fielt. by construction personnel.
4.4 Resolution of problems in the field (i.e., with the pulling at; termination cards) shall be controlled through use of Field Change Request (FCR) foms in accordance with Reference 5.1.3.
Revised data entry foms may be issued to the fie'id through the MCG without having to revise'the DCP. However, copies of' the new I
forms shall be included with the approved FCR.
