Description This morning at about 5:45 a.m. Mrs. Heavner -
said that she heard a noise coming from the plant that sounded like a lot of steam being let off. At approximately 8:40 she also heard (
a siren. (Div. Ops was testing a siren near their residence)
Severity She was primarily concerned with the olant's status '-
rather than complaining about the noise.
Previous Occurrences III. COMPLAINT SITE:
Address same Orientation with respect to plant (distance and direction).
Approx.1 mile SE of plant Terrain (hilly, flat, type of vegetation)
IV. PLANT OPERATING CONDITIONS:
Units in operation / respective loads Unit 15-10% power up Accordina to shift sunv. we had lifted steam generator PORV at that time.

- I told her there was no need for concern and that the " noise was related to re-start of Unit 1. I also -
explained the siren maintenance near her home. It is my feelina 1
-that had she not also heard the siren test. she would not have even called.
