Dear Congressman Richmond:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated February 12, 1982 in which you request that limited appearance sessions be held in New York City.
This board proposes to have at least one set of limited appearance hearings in New York City., The members of this board request your recommendation as to date, time and place.
The latter is particularly import' ant because as you know, the NRC must lease an appropriate and easily accessible f acility for these public meetings.
Your suggestions would be appreciated.
