This refers to the routine safeguaros inspection conducted by Mr. G. C. Smith
of this office on August 25-29, 1986, of activities authorized by NRC License
No. OPR-66 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. G. C. Smith with
Mr. W. J. Roy of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspec-
tion Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observation: by the inspector.
Our inspector also verfied the steps you had taken to correct the violation
brought to your attention in the enclosure to our letter dated August 31, 1985.
We have no further questions regarding your action at this time.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
Attachment 1 to the enclosed inspection report contains details of your secu-
rity program that have been determined to be exempt from public disclosure in
accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 (Safeguards Information).
Therefore, it will not
be placed in the NRC Public Document Room and will receive limited distribu-
tion. This letter and the inspection report will be placed in the Public
Document Room, in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a).
