CRYSTAL' RIVER OPERATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM, FSAR SECTION 1.7 Your letter dated July 1,1986, provided Revision 7 of the Crystal River Unit 3 (CR3) Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). Section 1.7 of this document provides the current CR3 (Docket No. 50-302) quality assurance program required by 10 CFR 50.54(a).

Our letter dated July 29, 1986, requested further information regarding the purchase of commercial grade items. Your letter dated September 19, 1986, answered this request.

Our review of this material indicates that the CR3 quality assurance program continues to satisfy 10 CFR 50 Appendix B requirements and is therefore acceptable.
