This refers to the routine safety inspections by Messrs. W. Bateman,
J. Wechselberger, W. Baunack, P. Wen, and A. Finkel during the period of
October 6 through November 16, 1986 at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating
Station. The inspections consisted of document reviews, interviews and
observations of activities as documented in the enclosed inspection report.
The findings were discussed with you and other members of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection.
