DELETIONOFFEESCHEDULES(PARTS 11AND25)
Reference is made to the September 24, 1985 ED0 memorandum to Pat Norry regarding 10 CFR Part 25 rulemaking. That memorandum approved initiation of rulemaking which would address the Part 25. fee schedule. The 10 CFR Part 11 " Criteria for Access to or Control Over Special Nuclear Material," =
also contains a fee schedule similar to the one in Part 9.5. Accordingly, it is suggested that the rulemaking be expanded to provide for changes to Part 11 analagous to those made to Part 25.
