On March 19, 1986 Duke Power submitted a prop'osed Technical Specification change to allow slightly radioactive water to be discharged to the Catawba' River.
Responses to sevaral staff questions were provided by Duke letter dated December 3, 1986.
In responset to recent discussions with the staff, the following addi-S tional information is provided.
