We have received a copy of your application dated May 23, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requested deferment of modification work on vacuum breaker valves for the Oyster Creek Generating Station until the Cycle 12 Refueling Outage.
The $150 application fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. However, two application fees were remitted for your Change Request No.149 dated June 17, 1986 (Check Nos.
